YOU ARE DOING THIS FOR YOU, NOT FOR ME!
This is NOT school. You are NOT here to follow the directions exactly as stated or to stay inside the lines.
No– you are here to question, to challenge, to think for yourself and to figure out “what’s true for you.”
What matters isn’t how you do things or whether you do them “right.” What matters is whether you’re getting a HECK-TON of VALUE from the course.
THINK FOR YOURSELF. ASK QUESTIONS. CHALLENGE STUFF.
If you do not understand WHY we’re doing something, SAY SO.
If you don’t agree with the course content, or can see an alternative point of view, BRING IT UP.

Because if you take everything I say at face value, I will cry.
CONTENT:
The content reflects a new model for viewing how we might best find our way into our truest paths, and it’s based on years of research and talking with dozens of people who are living satisfying and fulfilled lives. It’s a model that I’ve found to be true for myself.
But is it true for you? Feel free– no, feel inclined, to question any and all course concepts and to explore whether they ring true for you.
The scientist is not a person who gives the right answers, he’s one who asks the right questions.

At the end of each module, I’ll link to the forums (err, the Hood), where I encourage you to challenge, question, and discuss.
HOMEWORK:
The homework assignments exist in order to give you a starting point– to give you a process by which I hope you can internalize the concepts, connect with your group members, and take action. But always remember: THEY ARE GUIDELINES, NOT RULES!
If the way we’re doing things isn’t right for you, you can do the homework in a way that’s helpful for you. I AM NOT GIVING YOU A GRADE!
It is absolutely, nevah evah, my way or the highway.
And of course, if something isn’t working for you or if you disagree with what I’m teaching, let me know. My goal isn’t to be right; my goal is to help you find what’s right for you.
